Cloudwater London’s taproom serves a rotating range of beers drawn directly from cold storage, including fresh releases, seasonal brews, barrel-aged beers, and collaborative styles. All 20 keg lines are chilled from a 3 °C cold store adjacent to the bar, and a single cask ale is typically available via handpump when served. Cans and bottles of Cloudwater beers are kept in the walk-in cold store for drink-in or takeaway. 

It has small snacks available; the venue also sells brewery merchandise such as apparel and glassware. The taproom is part of the Bermondsey Beer Mile, a cluster of independent breweries and taprooms in South London known for a high concentration of craft beer venues.
