Another impressive Mikkeller bar, this place is nothing short of amazing; it may be the most beer snob catered establishment I’ve encountered in my 300+ visits around the world.

The venue gets its name from a critical component of the Lambic brewing process which enable spontaneous fermentation. The bottle selection is next level but prices accordingly. There are 8 taps focused on sours but they also open an occasional bottle for by the glass pours.
