Sadly, this venue has closed, but fortunately, Lake Wylie Brewing has moved to a new location in Rock Hill.
Featuring a 12-seat bar and a second with 9 more stools, a couple of booths, long tables, and high tops throughout. The bar also opens to the outside, where there are some umbrella-covered tables and many picnic tables in a large fenced-in lawn area. About 24 taps are possible (though not all pouring).
1741 Gold Hill Rd 100, Fort Mill, SC 29708
Flights of 4 for $7. Macro beers in cans are also available alongside liquor. The kitchen serves sandwiches, wings, and a selection of starters, including some nonstandard items like meatballs, pork rinds, and pretzels. I had the chicken salad wrap, and it was excellent.
A nice place to eat and enjoy some local beer. The beers were all decent, but none stood out as particularly good. Friendly service. From many angles, it looks like a business park sharing the property with dentist and orthodontic offices.
