Traust Brewing offers a dozen taps brewed on-site and a full kitchen with an open brewing room with additional seating.
Flights of four 4-ounce pours served on a cool little wooden Viking boat. There is a wine menu, too, and packs of guest and brewed cans to go. Concert posters and other art adorn the walls of the large space. Great food and service serving sandwiches, burgers, and salads for lunch in addition to a heavier dinner menu. Merch in the form of shirts and hats look nice. High stools at the bar. A TouchTunes jukebox on the speakers.
Initially brewed back in 2020 at the former Thirsty Nomad location before moving to this location in 2022.
