The second card in this ten-card set is 3 Fonteinen. Very similar to the story above, the visit was in 2019 during the same trip to Belgium. This one located about 20 minutes outside of town, it was an amazing place with just a couple of taps but pouring from bottles. From a suburb of Chicago, Illinois, Une Annee Brewery produces monthly sours that you absolutely must try. You’d be forgiven for underestimating these guys walking up to their strip mall location (they’re planning a move thanks to their enormous success)..
