Flights of 4 (4oz) for $8. Relatively inexpensive compared to other craft breweries ($4 pints, $3 for 12oz). Growlers are available, as well as 4packs of cans to go. Glasses in brewery operations include their canning system, which can be fun to watch.

Live music and board games to entertain. Plenty of outdoor seating. Pitchers for $13 (about a four-beer equivalent; good deal).

Birdsong Brewing was founded in 2010 by husband and wife Chris and Tara Goulet, along with a friend and co-worker at a local bakery, Conor Robinson. Initially, the idea was to create a small neighborhood brewery with a focus on super-fresh, unfiltered, American-style ale. Their first location was next door to NoDa Brewing’s original location on East 26th Street. Due to rapid growth, Birdsong moved to its current location on N. Davidson in 2016​​​​.

Birdsong Brewing is known for its unfiltered and flavorful craft beers. Some of their notable offerings include Higher Ground West Coast IPA, Jalapeño Pale Ale, Lazy Bird Brown Ale, and Rewind Lager. They also produce a variety of seasonal and limited-release beers like Honey Pie Double IPA and Turtles on Pterodactyls Barrel-aged Stout​​​​.
