Written by Twenty taps and their obligatory bottle menu as well as a food menu. About ten tables scattered about with a standing bar and communal tables for sharing with a group of friends or strangers.
The majorly were Mikkeller but they had a couple guest taps and were featuring vintage brews from Rodenbach: Alexander 2017 and Grand Cru 2011 for standard prices. Apparently I got lucky and it was a week after they had popped a few old Rodenbach kegs.
Cheeses, jerky and chips (crisps) for snacks. 6 refrigerated shelves behind the bar.
As you can see in the photos below, I visited before it was fully opened and was branded “Pop Up. When asked “why pop up?”, I was told it’s only temporary for now— they’d close in January 2020 and reopen permanently when their kitchen is approved downstairs (which it now appears they have done).
