Southern Strain (Plaza Midwood)
Southern Strain in Plaza Midwood offers a unique ambiance with a garage door for an open-air feel and features 28 taps at a 10-seat bar with several tables. Limited outdoor seating is available. This brewery stands out with its cigarette machine dispensing trinkets and wall art for sale, adding to its distinctive character.

A nice little brewery in old town Sylva, NC. There are 38 taps including guest taps like ciders. Flights of 5 4oz pours available.
Moeder Lambic
15 seats on the bar and several tables. 39 taps. Bottle selection. Limited food menu. They are not a brewery but a craft beer bar. They have four beers with their own name but they brewed by another local brewery.
Ghost Whale (Brixton)
A great little shop with an impressive selection featuring eight narrow refrigerated shelves and four large dry shelves of single bottles/cans as well as 6 brews on tap.
Ghost Train Brewing
This warehouse style brewery features 15 taps alongside a view of brewing and canning operations.
Benford Brewing
8 taps brewed on site, this is not your average tasting room. Seating is almost exclusively outside and beer is served in plastic cups.
Commonwealth Brewing Company
28 taps brewed on site with lots of indoor and outdoor seating including an event room. No kitchen, but you’ll find a food truck on site.
De Kaapse Brouwers
This very popular Rotterdam craft beer spot features 30 taps and a small, but dense bottle shop.
Blowing Rock Inn & Brewery
12 taps including a couple guest taps are provided in this restaurant/hotel venue with a 5 seat bar, but wide stools as well as plenty of tables throughout.
Yee-Haw
Up to 14 beers. At the time of my visit, there were 7 at the bar and 2 more at the White Duck Taco restaurant with which it shares the building.
The Woodworkers / Laverty’s
50 taps spread across over half a dozen different bars in the establishment. Half is branded as Laverty’s and the Woodworkers area is a newer addition focused on craft beers specifically.

A country restaurant in the mountains features over 20 taps including a couple of guest taps.
Oskar Blues (Brevard)
Along side 12 taps upstairs, you’ll find a bar, tables, a huge merch selection a stage and a nice view of brewing operations. Downstairs at “The Tasty Weasel” (an Untapped verified venue) there are 10 more taps.
