Written by Arguably one of the biggest North Carolina breweries, Catawba has multiple locations. This one, in Morgantown, NC is production facility/tasting room where the 30bbl brewhouse makes the 9 flagship beers.
This Catawba Brewing Co. location features 16 taps and one cider. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and good parking. Inside, you’ll find a 10 seat bar, a live music stage, seating and a pool table.
You can’t miss the fact that more than drinking goes on here– with lots of equipment about, you can see some brewing and canning that happens here on site from the public areas. In addition to the 10 seat bar inside, there is another 5 seats outside facing in by several outside tables. Hats and shirts are sold as well as chips if you’d like a snack with your beer (or flight of beers). Coolers are stocked with canned beers you can also purchase.
