Great Divide (Aperpo) (Closed)

Great Divide Aperpo was the original Great Divide Brewing location, featuring 16 taps and an 8‑seat bar with a windowed view of the brewing operations. This first location opened 31 years ago and served its own beers directly from the source.

The brewery is closing as part of a consolidation after Great Divide was purchased by Denver Brewing Company. Two of six locations are closing, and Denver Brewing Company plans to consolidate brewing operations into their facilities. The massive inventory of equipment at the Aperpo site will soon be auctioned off. There is hope to open a new location within the year, but the original brewery and taproom are scheduled to shut down.
