26 taps of largely craft (some import) beers. There is plenty of seating with a 12 seat bar and several tables and stools. There is a back room with even more seating as well as games and a television.
Lake Wylie Brewing Co. (Closed)
Lake Wylie Brewing Co. offers a 12-seat bar, additional stools, booths, long tables, and high tops. The outdoor area features umbrella-covered and picnic tables in a large fenced lawn. They have around 24 beer taps and a kitchen serving a variety of food including sandwiches, wings, and unique starters like meatballs and pork rinds.
Carolina Beer Temple (Matthews) (Closed)
A bar and bottle shop in one, this is a great place for those that are a fan of Belgian Ales. With 18 taps specializing in Belgian Ales and local brews, Carolina Beer Temple also features weekly tap takeovers on Thursdays.

Great Divide Aperpo was the original Great Divide Brewing location, featuring 16 taps and an 8‑seat bar with a windowed view of the brewing operations.
Alongside Brewing (Closed)
Alongside Brewing features 18 taps with Assclown brews, an 8-seat bar, several tables, and couches. The brewery has a unique bar design with cassette tapes encased in enamel and offers a variety of beverages including liquor, wine, and non-alcoholic options. Two refrigerated shelves of beer are available for takeout. Snacks are sold on-site.
Frothy Beard (Charlotte) (Closed)
Frothy Beard, with 16 on-site brewed taps, offers a cozy six-seat bar, ample indoor and outdoor seating, fixed-price flights, and snacks, housed in a location with a history of breweries.

District 8 Beer Company (Closed)
District 8 Beer Company, established in September 2019, is a multifaceted venue with a bottle shop offering 19 craft beers on tap. It features six refrigerated cabinets and at least four dry shelf units, providing a wide range of beer sold in packs and as singles. In January 2021, the venue expanded to include a larger seating area and bar, now boasting 19 taps and three televisions. The brewery focuses on hazy IPAs and sours, and features a bar, tables, couches, and a jukebox.
Dust Off Brewing (Closed)
A fairly new brewery in Rock Hill, you’ll find lots of space and 12 taps, including two guest taps and the others brewed on site. As our first visit to Dust Off is during COVID-19, this is a placeholder entry and we look forward to a more complete write-up in the future.

Blue Blaze Brewing (Closed)
Blue Blaze Brewing Company offers a diverse experience with 22 taps, mostly in-house brews, indoor and outdoor seating, including a 10-seat bar and picnic tables. They offer $7.50 flights, free snacks, and have board games and Jenga for entertainment, adding to a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.

Now closed, this Charlotte brewery featured 12 taps of their own beers, lots of seating and a live music stage. They regularly hosted events.
Growler USA (Ballantyne) (Closed)
A chain bar with locations around the country, Growler USA in Ballantyne features over 100 taps and a short menu of appetizers, salads and sandwiches.
201 Central (Closed)
Another large store looking to offer a very wide selection of beers; craft or otherwise. Lots of imports and at least a dozen refrigerators full of singles and multi-packs.
Trve Brewing (Asheville) (Closed)
A 10-tap bar serves house-brewed beers, complemented by two refrigerated shelves of bottles and cans to go. The venue also features a selection of branded merchandise, including shirts, hats, and glassware.
Weathered Souls (Closed)
Weathered Souls is a spacious brewery with a cozy eight-seat bar, offering 26 on-site brewed taps with an open view of brewing operations. It has a small parking lot and is next door to Red Clay Cidery. The brewery provides individually priced 5oz pours, and serves liquor as well as cans and bottles to go.
