Charlotte’s Monday Night Brewing venue pours from 20 taps and has over a dozen outdoor and indoor tables; this place is ready for a crowd. A Pizza restaurant is available inside.
Dog friendly. Snacks and flights are available. They have multiple locations in Atlanta and in Tennessee. There are board games, live music, and an in-house pizza kitchen. Cans and bottles are available to go. The restrooms are completely touch-free. There are no stools in the bar area, but there are plenty of standing spaces and tables throughout.
When your pizza is ready, a text message alerts you, “Your food is ready for pickup NOW! Come grab it from the pizza bar inside! Cheers! – Garden Co. Pizzaiolos”
Parking is challenging. Street parking is scarce, and they don’t have their own lot. Towing is aggressively enforced. I was towed during my initial visit parking at an unmarked spot next door. There is a ParkMobile lot nearby; $6.50 for the 2-hour minimum (the Saturday afternoon I parked in September 2023, anyway).
Monday Night Brewing, an award-winning craft brewery based in Atlanta, opened its fifth taproom in Charlotte on June 24, 2023. This new location, situated in Charlotte’s bustling South End, joins other taprooms in Atlanta, Birmingham, and Nashville.
The Monday Night Brewing Charlotte taproom features a diverse, internationally award-winning tap list, outdoor spaces, hand-crafted Neapolitan-style pizzas, and a curated wine and cocktail program. The taproom, housed in a converted mechanic’s shop, covers 8,000 square feet and includes a cozy lounge, an airy loft space, and nearly an acre of outdoor space with lush landscaping and fire pits.
