Hi-Wire (Wilmington)
Clearly built to be a fun place to be, you’ll find a large space with lots games and activities throughout its indoor and outdoor seating areas. There are 24 taps and a large selection of their own bottles and cans.
New Anthem Beer Project
A very large facility and indoor tasting room pouring from a dozen taps and offering a selection of cans to go.
Summit Beer Shop
This bottle shop, is more bar than shop with twenty-two brews on tap focused on North Carolina breweries. Mostly a refrigerated selection consisting mostly of packs versus singles.
Barrel Culture
A cool place offering 18 taps and a selection of bottles and cans, all brewed on site with lots of seating inside and out.
Paddled South Brewing Co.
This ten tap brewery offers a small, five stool bar, but ample seating inside with a back patio leading to an outdoor seating you access walking through the open brewing area.
The Beer House (Beer Pop Up)
While the door simply says Beer Pop Up, it is listed online as The Beer House, there is no online presence. However, it is a nice little shop with a smaller, curated collection of Belgium beers.
Fonta Flora (Charlotte)

More than a convenience store but not quite a grocery store they have ice cream, bread, cheese and other perishable items but most relevant here, a significant focus on beer.

Belgian Beer Tradition
Large bottle collection, glassware. Small shop it says cold beers inside but all shelves are dry. Belgium focused, featuring a sign that states they have 250 Belgium beers– but they may have more than 250!
Beer Planet
Located just around the corner from the Delirium Cafe, this well stocked bottle shop focuses mostly on Belgium beers.
Skytown Beer Company
Also known as Skytown Beer & BBQ, this venue has a long 14 seat bar where you can enjoy 14 taps including 2 guest taps (from neighboring Wrightsville Beach Brewery).
Slow Play Brewing
Slow Play Brewing features 16 taps including ciders, a bar, tables with open view of brewing operations, board games, shuffleboard, merchandise, and a selection of wine and cigars.
City Beer Store
About 30 taps, a couple casks a 15 seat bar, several tables and connected, but separately operated craft beer shop in the back.

A large space with a relatively small 7 seat bar, but lots of tables serves a dozen Rare Barrel taps including a couple of wines and an additional 16 guest taps.
Fonta Flora Brewery (Whippoorwill Farm)
This farm based site is Fonta Flora’s second location where they source local ingredients for their wild ales. A large space, the tasting room is relatively small with a 12 seat bar and 4 tables inside where you can sample up to 12 of their brews on tap.

Hi-Wire Brewing’s second Asheville location offers 16 taps and loads of bottles and cans.

Featuring 20 taps, this busy brewery has a large space and lots of activities.
Commonwealth Brewing Company
28 taps brewed on site with lots of indoor and outdoor seating including an event room. No kitchen, but you’ll find a food truck on site.
The Craft Stand
There are 30 taps on their Untappd menu in this shop/bar which also features 4 large dry shelves and 5 refrigerated stacked with craft brews; about half of them local. There is a 14 seat bar and several tables providing plenty of seating.
