Lost Worlds Brewing pours from up to 30 taps, offers indoor and outdoor seating, and features TVs for sports. It’s dog-friendly and serves both liquor and wine. Located in the Metropolitan complex, free parking is available.

Six seats at the bar, pouring up to eight taps brewed on-site with cans to go featuring a kitchen and good seating options.
Suffolk Punch (South Park)
Suffolk Punch in South Park offers a large venue capable of accommodating big crowds, with at least four sets of 12 taps. Located at the South Park Mall, it features a small outdoor stage, ample indoor and outdoor seating, and a scratch kitchen offering an eclectic, seasonally rotating menu. The 11,000 square foot space also includes a full-service coffee bar and a patio overlooking the West Plaza children’s play area.
Grimm Artisanal Ales
20 taps behind a 10 seat bar with an additional four wall facing bar stools, scattered table seating and outdoor bench seating available. A good selection of bottles and cans to go, chilled if desired.
3rd Planet Brewing
This is their “Mothership” location is quite large, featuring 26 taps inside and 4 more outside including several guest taps.
Mother Earth Brewing
26 taps cans too. Nice shop. 6 tables. Three booths. Too long tables and a wrap around bar with 14 stools. Nice designs. Outdoor seating. Flights available.
The Local at the Palace
Formerly called “Drink of Fulham”, this out of the way bottle shop offers a selection spread out among five dry and seven refrigerated units.
TRVE Brewing Co. (Closed)
Death metal lovers delight with 20 beers on tap, ample high-top and bench seating throughout. The decor is dark and the ambiance is great, but you better like death metal because it is loud and non-stop.
HopFly Brewing Co.
HopFly Brewing Co. offers a spacious two-level taproom with 18 on-site brewed taps, balcony views of Charlotte’s skyline, and a bright, modern ambiance.
Hi-Wire (Wilmington)
Clearly built to be a fun place to be, you’ll find a large space with lots games and activities throughout its indoor and outdoor seating areas. There are 24 taps and a large selection of their own bottles and cans.
New Anthem Beer Project
A very large facility and indoor tasting room pouring from a dozen taps and offering a selection of cans to go.
Summit Beer Shop
This bottle shop, is more bar than shop with twenty-two brews on tap focused on North Carolina breweries. Mostly a refrigerated selection consisting mostly of packs versus singles.
Barrel Culture
A cool place offering 18 taps and a selection of bottles and cans, all brewed on site with lots of seating inside and out.
Paddled South Brewing Co.
This ten tap brewery offers a small, five stool bar, but ample seating inside with a back patio leading to an outdoor seating you access walking through the open brewing area.
The Beer House (Beer Pop Up)
While the door simply says Beer Pop Up, it is listed online as The Beer House, there is no online presence. However, it is a nice little shop with a smaller, curated collection of Belgium beers.
Fonta Flora (Charlotte)
Fonta Flora in Charlotte offers 16 taps, various bottled and canned options, indoor and outdoor seating, with a vibe of the past set to modern beats, and a curbside pickup service.
Dust Off Brewing (Closed)
A fairly new brewery in Rock Hill, you’ll find lots of space and 12 taps, including two guest taps and the others brewed on site. As our first visit to Dust Off is during COVID-19, this is a placeholder entry and we look forward to a more complete write-up in the future.
Kihoskh
More than a convenience store but not quite a grocery store they have ice cream, bread, cheese and other perishable items but most relevant here, a significant focus on beer.
Front Street Brewery
Heavily advertised around the Wilmington, NC area, this restaurant is also a brewery offering 12 beers on its the tap list (but I counted 16 taps).
Protagonist (Closed)
Protagonist offers a selection of 24 taps and features a spacious 10-seat bar, complemented by a single television and an open view of its brewing operations. While flights are not available, 5 oz pours are offered for sampling. The establishment has a unique scientific and geometric design theme, outdoor seating, and sells merchandise like shirts, glasses, and hats.
Mad Mole Brewing
A dozen taps brewed on site, a 15 seat bar and several tables indoors and out.
De Beirtempel
A bottle shop in downtown Brussles with an exclusive focus on Belgium and Trappist brews.
Wrightsville Beach Brewery
A large restaurant style venue with 36 taps and a 13 seat bar.
